Willy’s Works (RCO WORLD) has been in business for over 30 years in crown point Indiana. Best known for fireworks sales, and CeLeBrAtIoNs!!! Including Willy Wednesday; an annual community event that draws well over a thousand fans, customers and spectators. Willy has always been passionate about helping others.

When his son, Ricochet; was seriously injured in a work accident, that shattered his pelvic bone, he was prescribed opioid pain medication. After years of opioid use, dependency and side effects took a dramatic toll on his health. In an effort to discontinue opioid use, Ricochet began using CBD in 2016. After successfully discontinuing the use of opioids, Ricochet found a passion to help others, (much like his Dad Willy) particularly those who struggle with chronic pain. A strong advocate for the hemp industry in Indiana, Ricochet began rallying and lobbying to make Quality CBD products available to all Hoosiers. A common misconception about Hemp and marijuana gave Willy apprehensions about selling CBD products, exclaiming

“I tried pot in the 70’s and got in trouble I’m not doin that @$&!.” After learning that Hemp products are not the same as marijuana, he agreed to PIONEER the hemp industry in Indiana, and Willy’s Works became the first company to sell CBD products at Lake County Fair in August of 2017. BEFORE IT WAS MADE LEGAL, the following year. In 2018 Willy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Memory, mental clarity, and uncontrollable tremors became debilitating to Willy. Ricochet educated his father about the potential benefits of CBD on Parkinson’s Disease, and Willy included CBD in his own treatment and has experienced his own incredible results. From there the passion to help others, and the bold action to introduce quality CBD and hemp products yo Indiana, Has grown into a Hoosier hEmpire.
